Recent research has proven the benefits of circus skills in Educational Programmes. It has been successfully used as an educational tool, and has been used therapeutically with children at risk.


Circus skills can enable pupils to discover within themselves the skills which can provide all kinds of creative solutions. Skills such as concentration, retention, conceptual understanding and self-awareness, which can be transferred to a social setting and applied to more conventional learning situations in the core subjects.


Over the last Eleven years, we have taken our 'Circus Skills Workshops' to schools, leisure centres, youth groups, play schemes, colleges, carnivals, fetes, and special promotions, corporate events around the country. The workshop consists of a circus instructor and circus equipment.


Our fully trained Instructors/ Juggler shows the pupils the skills they are going to learn. The pupils then work one class at a time where they get to learn a selection of balance and coordination challenges.


More and more scientific evidence shows that learning circus skills is one of the best ways for pupils to build confidence, improve co-ordination and understand the process of learning. The skills taught are ideal for PE, Drama, playground activities and after-school clubs.


The day begins with a fun introductory assembly taken by the Instructor. Here they demonstrate the skills the pupils are going to learn in a fun interactive show.

After the assembly the day is split into workshops. In these workshops we teach the following skills.

Juggling, Scarfs, Balls, Beanbags.Clubs

Poi, Diabolo, devil sticks, peddle go's. unicycles, Balloons, roll board.

Clown make up and costume.
