Terms and Conditions of hire Ace Leisure & Entertainments Contracts Submission of a booking, verbally or in writing and it's Acceptance by: Ace Leisure & Entertainments Ltd. Shall constitute a contract between the company and its customer. Deposits Unless stated to the contrary, all deposits requested are to cover the company's loss on the day or administration costs. And are strictly non-refundable or non-transferable in the event of booking calculation Cancellation Cancellation charges for the hired items, (equivalent to the full hire charge) will be applied where notice of booking cancellation is less then Two weeks before the agreed hire date. All cancellations must be in writing to our office. Ace Leisure & Entertainments Ltd hold the right to cancel any booking due to unsuitable ground or bad weather, that may cause any danger or harm to others. Legal Cost's The Hirer will be responsible for all legal cost's in collecting any outstanding or unpaid bills, Cheques. Discount Any discount given will only be given by Ace Leisure & Entertainments Ltd and permission by Mr Roy Booth. Public Liability Ace Leisure & Entertainments Ltd, Hold public Liability for accidents caused by our negligence or equipment failure. Payment All payments for hire of equipment must be paid in full on the day. ( unless agreed by Ace Leisure & Entertainments & Mr Roy Booth.) All such request must be put in writing Four weeks before the event. Only cash and Business Cheques are excepted by our staff. Cheques made payable to Ace Leisure & Entertainments Ltd. Refunds Please Note Ace Leisure & Entertainments, do not give cash refunds .In some cases a credit note will be issued. Responsibility The Hirer is fully responsible for manning any inflatable left on dry hirer. At all times any inflatable must be manned via an adult or respectable person. And all inflatable hirers instructions must be applied at all times. The Hirer is also responsible for repair, replacement, of lost equipment and loss of earnings resulting from any damage or stolen equipment caused wilfully or by misuse. Faults & Problems All faults and problems must be reported to us immediately on any of our emergency 24 hr call lines. 0161 437 0633 (or) 07736738320.Both lines have a answer service and all calls will be acted on immediately once we receive them. No messages means no call and no refund. Complaints If for any reason you should think you need to make a complaint against any of our staff, company or equipment.
